You know, it's always fascinating how the little things you don't know or those that you think you do know could end up being the very things that slow you down in life. You think that you know everything there is to know about a person or a situation, and then in reality, it's nothing at all like you thought it would be. You find out that it's even easier than you envisioned, making you feel foolish for not trying it out right from the beginning.
Well, this is something I've also experienced and I'm sure you are no different. At one time of our lives or the other, we've probably passed on important things simply because we 'thought' that they were too expensive for us or too difficult. Or when we failed to get to know some certain people because we imagined that they would be hard to talk to or would have unpleasant personalities. However with time, we'd find proof that these things are never like we thought them to be.
My own experience was actually in taking full body tests. It's something I used to think was expensive and only for the rich. Like why would I want to go for regular tests when I'm feeling absolutely fine and I don't feel sick? It would be as if I'm looking for trouble when I have no reason for it. I rationaled my decision not to take regular tests by telling myself that it wasn't important and I was able to live that way for a while.
However, with time, I started falling sick way too often for comfort. Like every month I was falling ill with malaria and typhoid. This was so much frequent than it used to be. As in, there are times when for an entire year I wouldn't even fall sick, the most I would get is a headache. However, I was now falling sick back to back. I knew that something was wrong and I couldn't keep taking the drugs to fight it.
So, I decided to find out what was really wrong with me. I went for the full body test. At first, I thought it was expensive and I imagined it would cost me a lot of money. I even budgeted 50k for the entire procedure. However, on getting to the clinic where I would run the test, everything was not even up to N20k. You could imagine my shock, this was something simple and cheap and I had been denying myself that.
The tests revealed that I had full-blown malaria and typhoid. However, it wasn't just the usual one that could be gotten rid of by drugs. It has eaten so deep into my system and the drugs I had been taking was doing nothing except suppress then for a short while, only emerging some time later. So, with this result, I went to the hospital and the doctor put me on everything, I took drugs, drop and even injections.
It wasn't bad enough that I had to be admitted, but I had to go to the hospital every single day to take all my doses. When my sessions were over, I always felt drowsy and walking was always usually hard. But I made it through.
Anyway, I learned then that things are never really as I imagine them to be until I've experienced them myself. Or I know someone who has. Many times, we think that some idea we have in our head will not work or the solution we have to a problem wouldn't be acceptable, however, it's just our fears that's saying all that. We would never know for sure if we don't try it. Because we could try it and then it would turn out to be nothing at all like we imagined and so much better.
So, my dear friends, so well not to cancel yourself out before knowing all the stakes involved. There's are already enough problems in the world without you conjuring up some others for yourself as well. Just do it. If it works, good and fine. If it doesn't, well, it's good and fine as well. Let's just stop assuming we know something when in reality, we don't.

So, I think we should not mage assumptions when it comes to health issues.
You did full body test but in my entire life I haven't done it anytime. In fact, I never thought about it.
