In the sacred Scriptures we can find many tips and also many warnings, a bit of both can be found in the book of Matthew 7:1-5.

Do not judge others, and you will not be judged.
Well, they will be treated the same way they treat others. The criteria you use to judge others is the criteria by which you will be judged.
And why do you worry about the splinter in your friend's eye, when you have a log in your own?
How can you think of telling your friend, "Let me help you get the splinter out of your eye," when you can't see past the log in your own eye?
Hypocrite! First remove the trunk of your eye; then you'll see well enough to take care of the splinter in your friend's eye.

Amen.
As you will see, first we must start with our own life and put into practice everything we learn from the word of God and then just help others since we cannot demand what we do not practice.

Buenas noches amigos, que Dios les bendiga.
En las sagradas Escrituras podemos encontrar muchos consejos y también muchas advertencias, un poco de las dos cosas las podemos encontrar en el libro de Mateo 7:1-5.

No juzguen a los demás, y no serán juzgados.
Pues serán tratados de la misma forma en que traten a los demás. El criterio que usen para juzgar a otros es el criterio con el que se les juzgará a ustedes.
»¿Y por qué te preocupas por la astilla en el ojo de tu amigo, cuando tú tienes un tronco en el tuyo?
¿Cómo puedes pensar en decirle a tu amigo: “Déjame ayudarte a sacar la astilla de tu ojo”, cuando tú no puedes ver más allá del tronco que está en tu propio ojo?
¡Hipócrita! Primero quita el tronco de tu ojo; después verás lo suficientemente bien para ocuparte de la astilla en el ojo de tu amigo.

Amén.
Como verán primero debemos empezar con nuestra propia vida n poner en práctica todo lo que aprendemos de la palabra de Dios para luego recién ayudar a los demás ya que no podemos exigir lo que no practicamos.
