Hoy les quiero compartir un momento especial de mi vida⏳ que sucedió el 12 de agosto de este 2023 y que ya tengo 23 años🥳 en este mundo y estuve muy feliz de poder haberlos celebrado con mi hermana👯, mi sobrina🍼, mi prima, mi abuela y mi linda novia @nosoy.anne❣️ quienes son verdaderamente importantes para mi y aún que no tenía mucha ilusión por este día estas personas lo hicieron especial❤️‍🩹.

En este post me gustaría compartirles un poquito de esta historia📜 y las reflexiones de la misma, espero lo disfruten, un abrazo🫂.

Hello to all my dear Hive❤️ readers, I sincerely wish you well

Today I want to share with you a special moment in my life⏳ that happened on August 12, 2023 and that I am already 23 years🥳 old in this world and I was very happy to have been able to celebrate them with my sister👯, my niece🍼, my cousin, my grandmother and my beautiful girlfriend @nosoy.anne❣️ who are truly important to me and even though I was not very excited about this day these people made it special❤️‍🩹.

In this post I would like to share with you a little bit of this story📜 and the reflections of it, I hope you enjoy it, a hug🫂.

Pues verán un día antes de mi cumpleaños conmemoramos la muerte de mi madre quién murió cuando yo a penas tenía 1año... Bueno 11meses y 30 días para ser exactos, sin embargo con el tiempo ya casi no lo cuento ya que mi abuela ocupó su lugar desde entonces y no tengo ningún recuerdo de ella.

Sin embargo este 11 de agosto fue diferente

You see, the day before my birthday, we commemorate the death of my mother, who died when I was barely 1 year old... Well 11 months and 30 days to be exact, however over time I almost don't count it anymore since my grandmother took her place since then and I have no memory of her.

However, this August 11 was different

Porque estuvimos celebrando el cumpleaños de mi prima Wila quién es como mi hermana menor pues nos criamos juntas... Y durante su celebración en la madrugada cantamos cumpleaños junto a mi tío con quién comparto cumpleaños.

Al día siguiente mi hermana me despertó con una sorpresa

Because we were celebrating my cousin Wila's birthday who is like my younger sister because we grew up together... And during their celebration in the early hours of the morning we sing birthdays together with my uncle with whom I share a birthday.

The next day my sister woke me up to a surprise

Un lindo perfume que me trajo desde chile aunque ese para mi no era el mayor regalo, porque en si lo era ya su compañía y presencia, ame cada segundo que pase junto a ella.

Así es la vida después de que creces

A beautiful perfume that she brought me from Chile although that for me was not the greatest gift, because in itself it was already her company and presence, I loved every second I spent with her.

Aprendes a valorar las manos que te obsequian algo más que el mismo regalo.

Ese 12 de agosto fuimos a devolver el vestido de mi prima

You learn to value hands that give you more than just the gift itself.

On August 12th we went to return my cousin's dress

Y nos encontramos con una exposición de autos donde nos divertimos un poco.

Antes de que llegara mi novia

And we came across a car show where we had a little fun.

Before my girlfriend came along

E hiciera que mi día mejorara aún más.

Quizá no tuve una torta gigante o un regalo ostentoso

And it made my day even better.

Maybe I didn't have a giant cake or a flashy gift

Pero tuve la mayor fortuna aquel día, personas que me quieren y aprecian, así como todas mis facultades físicas y mentales en pleno funcionamiento.

Valorar y agradecer lo que normalmente dejamos de lado nos hace grandes y agradecidos. Gracias por llegar hasta aquí❣️, me despido de ustedes @Carlitazulay.

But I had the greatest fortune that day, people who love and appreciate me, as well as all my physical and mental faculties in full working order.
