Buenas noches, @madridbg. Me alegra mucho que el ejercicio haya despertado tu interés y profundizar en ese quién soy. Pienso que el ejercicio como tal, de movernos y dejarnos llevar por el sentir que la música nos produce, "deberíamos" hacerlo con más frecuencia, porque indudablemente que nos llena de placer y bienestar.
