Con cuál color te identificas más este año y por qué?, a continuación mi participación:

Creo que los colores no solo son bonitos a la vista, además de que tienen un enorme efecto en nuestro bienestar, pues ellos llaman nuestra atención y tienen un efecto estimulante o relajante. El símbolo de los colores tiene una larga tradición en la historia de la humanidad. Los colores siempre se han utilizado para demostrar poder o para expresar emociones.

Significado del árbol de Navidad

Como lo señala nuestro estimado amigo creador de la iniciativa, es propicia ésta época decembrina para hablar de los colores y en especial del significado del árbol de Navidad.
Por ejemplo, el árbol de Navidad es una costumbre muy antigua que exalta el valor de la vida. Colocarle regalos debajo, nos recuerda el árbol de la vida, al mismo Cristo, como regalo supremo de Dios a la humanidad.

El mensaje del árbol de Navidad es que la vida es "siempre verde"; es decir, eterna. Para los cristianos es un símbolo de eternidad que ofrece Dios al hacerse hombre.
Diversos estudios lo demuestran claramente sobre la psicología del color verde, que es el color que en particular elijo para este tiempo.

El verde es el color de la esperanza

El verde es el color de la esperanza y de la vida en flor. En la naturaleza, este color se encuentra prácticamente en todas partes: hojas frescas, prados y arbustos son todos verdes. Un ejemplo es si me doy a la tarea de buscar en Google el significado de dignidad, "es la cualidad del que se hace valer como persona, se comporta con responsabilidad, seriedad y con respeto hacia sí mismo y hacia los demás y no deja que lo humillen ni degraden”.

Por lo tanto, la dignidad es sinónimo de integridad, es aprender a sentirme merecedora de los mejores colores de la vida, de las bendiciones de Dios, de las potencialidades del universo y por sobre todo de mi propio respeto personal.

Aumentemos nuestra integridad con dignidad

La dignidad como valor nos enaltece y eleva nuestro estado de conciencia y de esta manera podemos reconocer en los demás a nosotros mismos. Si me amo, amaré al prójimo, si me cuido cuidaré del otro, si soy coherente con mis ideas seré coherente con los demás. Si soy justo conmigo mismo, lo seré con los que me relacione.

Un ejemplo que me puedo permitir regalar por Navidad, me gustaría poder tener y poner en práctica mucha dignidad pues con la dignidad viene la buena autoestima, el amor, la paz, y la felicidad. La dignidad nos vuelve maduros emocionales y por lo tanto nos salva de tanto odio y violencia cotidiana.

En estas fechas de Navidad, y en especial según nos acercamos a fin de año, tendemos a reflexionar sobre aquellas cosas que no funcionaron, aquello que no ha sido como queríamos, lo que no logramos alcanzar y cómo debiéramos hacer para mejorar nuestro año que viene.

Aumentemos nuestra integridad con dignidad, y tengamos una feliz Navidad.

For example, the Christmas tree is a very ancient custom that exalts the value of life. Placing gifts under it reminds us of the tree of life, Christ himself, as God's supreme gift to humanity.

The message of the Christmas tree is that life is ‘evergreen’; that is, eternal. For Christians, it is a symbol of eternity offered by God in becoming man. Various studies clearly demonstrate this about the psychology of the colour green, which is the colour I have chosen for this time of year.

Green is the colour of hope

Green is the colour of hope and blossoming life. In nature, this colour is found practically everywhere: fresh leaves, meadows and bushes are all green. Green is also the colour of fertility. For this reason, it is often used in advertising to express health, freshness and respect for the environment.

In any case, I can also use the power of colours in many ways in my everyday personal life. Green can symbolise integrity, dignity, autonomy and authority, as well as health and hope.

One example is if I Google the meaning of dignity, ‘it is the quality of someone who asserts themselves as a person, behaves responsibly, seriously and with respect for themselves and others, and does not allow themselves to be humiliated or degraded’.

Therefore, dignity is synonymous with integrity; it is learning to feel worthy of the best colours of life, of God's blessings, of the potential of the universe and, above all, of my own personal respect.

Let us increase our integrity with dignity

Dignity as a value ennobles us and elevates our state of consciousness, enabling us to recognise ourselves in others. If I love myself, I will love my neighbour; if I take care of myself, I will take care of others; if I am consistent with my ideas, I will be consistent with others. If I am fair to myself, I will be fair to those I interact with.

An example I can give for Christmas is that I would like to have and practise a great deal of dignity, because with dignity comes good self-esteem, love, peace, and happiness. Dignity makes us emotionally mature and therefore saves us from so much hatred and daily violence.

At this time of year, and especially as we approach the end of the year, we tend to reflect on the things that did not work out, the things that did not turn out as we wanted, the things we did not achieve, and how we should improve next year.
