Ride of Hope

in Reflections4 months ago

Hello, fellow hivers. This is J once again sharing with you some life reflections. This blog is entitled Ride of Hope. I'm in the stage where I am still figuring out life. I have failed countless times when I am applying for a job. And that is okay from my perspective; maybe that's not for me, and there's a specific job that deserves my sweats and efforts.

If you are wondering why I want to work in the city when, in fact, I can also find a job in the province, Well, to answer that question, I want to be independent, and I want to live a life in the city where I can live longer without burdening people with how to navigate city life. I wanted to navigate my life and explore new circumstances. I want to decide for myself to live by myself. From province to city, it is quite a long journey. Buckle up and stay still. Make yourself comfortable because four hours of riding is tiring. We waited on the bus for just a couple of minutes.

I’m with my sister because she has a medical appointment for her new school. We sit near the driver. I always enjoy traveling, especially when I am seated near a window. I don't have any plans to go back to the city right away. But my father kept pressuring me, so I didn't have any choice but to prepare the duffle bag, place my clothes, and do other necessary things. Upon riding, the thing that I have to do is think about the possibilities.

As I admire the outside view while riding the bus from the mountains to the sea, that's what you are going to see when you are going to the city.
From Bogo to Borbon, if I’m not mistaken, because I'm not that familiar with the place, but I do admire the mountains you will see. Fields of crops where you can't see anything but green. I believe that green is a lucky color, as it brings prosperity and opportunities in life. While riding, I was thinking if, for the second time, I should go back to the city. If the heavens would grant my prayers.

For the reason that I can't afford to go back to the province without some good news on my part, that is such a disappointment. Others may find traveling by public transportation exhausting, but if you admire the beauty of every roadside, you can take a glimpse at how people make a living by putting their products on the side of the road. People are striving and surviving, and it's up to us to navigate our lives. They are not giving up, and I’m not giving up as well. Rejections are vital to going down the right path. I have to reflect that I’m glad that I have been rejected in the BPO industry for the reason that I have figured out that passion and interest matter and my card field is really in my degree. Going back gives me the positive hope that I hope this time I can find and land a job.

At Danao, you can see the sea of freedom. Blue for peace, as I know how this trip gives me anxiety, and I have realized I’m just like people in the ocean.

Sailing and navigating to find big fish and somehow catch the smallest one, or maybe catch nothing, But still contain enough to set sail. And that is life, as today I’m sailing my own life to catch opportunities for my family. And I’m not giving up this time. To everyone who's struggling, keep up the spirits and cheer up. Life goes on.

Hivers, in my last blog about how I failed to land a job, I am very overwhelmed by all the possible comments you all showered on my blog. You are also part of my success, as you cheer me up and give advice when I’m about to lose hope. Thank you so much, and God bless us all!

Adios, Hivers.
