Good morning everyone! Today the day starts with a bike training luckily the weather is ideal! The previous period was very high temperature and training was particularly exhausting! I hope you have a very beautiful day and enjoy yourself! Personally, cycling relaxes and calms me down!

Great exercise. I used to bike commute from work to home but after two accidents breaking a few bones it was too dangerous for me to continue.
