Movie #41: The Last Stop In Yuma County (7.6/10)
I've had this movie on my USB stick for a while to watch as it's only 90 Minutes long while I heard good things about it. I had not seen any trailers and I would recommend not doing so as going in quite blind just knowing the basic plotline really helped me to enjoy this movie to the fullest!
The movie is about the Tank Station which has a diner in the middle of nowhere where some people get stuck waiting as the gas station is out of fuel and it's about to get refilled. 2 of the People stuck turned out to have just robbed a bank.
I really enjoyed this movie which in some way felt like a Tarrantino film without famous actors or a massive budget. The entire setting with most of the movie taking place in the diner also was very well done. The movie never bored but it also didn't blow me away. Just 90 minutes giving a really good time which is more than most movies provide. I give it a 7.6/10 and would recommend it to anyone going in blind without too much expectation if you want to watch a shorter movie.
My ear continues to be a bit better day by day even though it isn't cured yet. I had a pretty regular Friday with some productivity but at the same time again not eating the cleanest.
New Day Goals: As usual on Saturday and Sunday, most of my focus will be on the football matches before going into another international break.
