Manchmal geht alles viel schneller als erwartet. Auch wenn wir doch schon seit einigen Tagen, ja eigentlich ja schon seit Wochen darauf gewartet hatten, dass es endlich passiert. Und obwohl es eine ganze Weile gedauert hatte, waren wir am Ende dann doch überrascht, dass es nun soweit ist.
Aber holen wir kurz mal aus...
Bei der Kleinsten im Haus wackelt sein mehreren Wochen ein Zahn im Mund, welcher aber äußerst hartnäckig su sein schien und einfach nicht heraus wollte. Zwischenzeitlich machte es sogar schon den Anschein, als hätte er aufgehört zu wackeln, aber das war wohl nur eine kurze Phase. Und da sich nun hinter diesem kleinen Milchzahn bereits der neue Zahn zeigte, wurde es nun wirklich Zeit, dass die Wackelei ein Ende hat und der kleine Racker rauskommt.
Aber wie erwähnt, er war äußerst hartnäckig und wollte unbedingt im Mund bleiben.Doch mittlerweise hatte neben dem kleinen Schneidezahn bereits der nächste Zahn angefangen zu wackeln, und wir wunderten uns schon, welcher denn zuerst rauskommen würde.
Die beiden Zähne wurden immer lockerer aber schienen doch irgendwie doch fest im Gebiss zu hängen. Aber nach langem Warten war es nun endlich so weit. Ein bisschen Klopfen und Stoßen hatte wohl den Ausschlag gegeben, und der erste der beiden kleinen Zähne war nun endlich draußen. Die Kleine selber war auch überrascht und im Anschluss bester Laune und wollte jedem, der anwesend war, unbedingt den ersten Milchzahn zeigen, der ihr ausgefallen war.
Wir hatte gehofft, dass der Zahn daneben auch gleich mit ruaskommen würde, konnten wir ihn doch in alle Richtungen biegen und ziehen. Aber seine Zeit war noch nicht gekommen. Dafür brauchte es noch einen weiteren Tag, und pünktlich zum Frühstück war dann auch der zweite Milchzahn raus.
Bei der Kleinen klafft nun unten im Nund eine größere Lücke, welche sie uns mit einem charmanten und bezaubernden Lächeln präsentieren tut. Gut, wenn man sich noch über Zahnausfall freuen kann.
Jetzt heißt es Daumendrücken, dass die neuen Zähne schön gerade wachsen. Aber Platz haben sie ja erst einmal. Und mal schauen, wann die nächsten Zähne dran sind. Da noch nicht wackelt, wird es wohl noch eine ganze Weile dauern.

Sometimes everything happens much faster than expected, even though we had been waiting for it to finally happen for quite some weeks. But in the end we were quite surprised, despite the fact that it had taken quite a while.
But let's catch up for a moment...
The youngest in the house has had a tooth loose in her mouth for several weeks, but it seemed to be extremely stubborn and just wouldn't come out. In the meantime, it appeared as if it had stopped wobbling, but that was probably only a short phase. And now that the new tooth was already showing behind this little milk tooth, it was really time for the wobbling to stop and for the little guy to come out.
But as mentioned, it he was extremely stubborn and wanted to stay in the mouth. However in the meantime the next tooth next to the small front tooth had already started to wobble as well and we were already wondering which one would come out first.
The two teeth became looser and looser but somehow still seemed to be firmly attached to the jaw. But after a long wait, the time had finally come. A bit of tapping and prodding had probably done the trick, and the first of the two little teeth was finally out. The little one herself was surprised too but also quite happy afterwards, eager to show everyone present the first milk tooth she has lost.
We had hoped that the tooth next to it would also come out right away, as we could bend and pull it in all directions. But its time had not yet come. It took another day and the second milk tooth was out just in time for breakfast.
My daughter now has a large gap in her mouth, which she is showing us with a charming and enchanting smile. It's good when you can still be happy about missing teeth.
Now it's time to keep our fingers crossed that the new teeth come out nice and straight. But at least they have room to grow. And let's see when the next teeth are due. As there is no wobbling yet, it will probably be quite a while yet.
