I already remembered what kind of rice you mean! because I have seen it being used in many oriental recipes, however, in my city this type of rice technically does not exist ☹️ you cannot find it in any store or supermarket, what abounds is common rice. but the truth now that you suggest it, someday when I'm able to, I'd love to try doing it with that rice!
