The other day, I bought a dry aged tomahawk steak and grilled it. A friend of mine came over for dinner and we are both meat lovers. Check out this outcome:
I love how easy it is to grill steaks. I seasoned it with salt and let it rest for two hours. Then I washed off the salt and seasoned it with pepper.

Then it was time to use my barbecue for the first time this year. After searing it in direct heat, I let it cook on indirect heat for around 30 minutes. This gave me time to prepare some side dishes. I missed out on taking photos of my sides.

The steak tasted amazing and we ate all of it.
