My dear friend @thebeardflex , here's the skinny. My vision was rapidly declining again, so I told my doctor I'm ready for round two with lasers. He agreed and said he also doing more. So he did laser some more of the bleeding, removed scarred tissue, remove the silicon implant in my eye. I knew they said oil in FL, didn't know it was silicone. He said they removed it cuz not sure of long term effects. They replaced it with air, neat. He said surgery was a success but now I'm in the recoup phase for 2-3 weeks. I got an air bubble vision during this time, it's like looking under water.

As always wash your hands and then veggies.
Spray oil on your cooking surface and start withe the hardy veggies sauting first.
Chef 👨🍳 tip: if you need to have chopped bacon, put it in the freezer for 30 minutes before usage. It will harden but not be frozen. Which will help cutting it and not be gummy and sticky.

When I was making the chicken with tomato broth , I went light cuz or the soy sauce is salty.
Mirin is a new flavor cooking wise to me, but I'm enjoying 😉 it!

Let them come back to a boil, and cook for 15 minutes. If thawed, probably 10 minutes, maybe?
By this time, my Mom joins in and asks where's the noodles for this? I didn't plan on noodles cuz I was trying to go somewhat light...
