Greetings friends and colleagues from Hive, today I will address a topic that is difficult to ignore within this wide sporting world of Street Workout, which is "Calluses", and that is why I will give you recommendations that will help you treat it in the best possible way.

  1. Wash the wound with soap and water to mainly remove magnesium and other impurities.
  2. Remove the excess skin using scissors or preferably nail clippers.
  3. Disinfect the wound.
  4. Cover the wound with bandages or dressings, it must be made of fabric so that the wound has enough oxygen for recovery.

These types of wounds last a maximum of 7 days depending on the depth. There are times that you will be recovered up to 3 or 4 days after having detached a piece of keys.

I hope it has been helpful to you and if you know that someone needs it, do not hesitate to share the information.

exactamente!
