What is new ??? Everybody wanna know what is new today !!!! A healthy tips..

Today in this blog I will tell you what you can do !! As we all know every one likes to eat... Eating and Eating healthy is off-course two different accept of life. We all eat but we don't even know it is healthy ? This is happening to many of us (including me). I also don't have a perfect balance diet as we are getting more busy in life .. so in this busy life we eat and drink in hurry . Getting a bottle of water and finishing up wont help us.

we should drink regularly as stomach is not actually the place to store .. storage make your stomach unhealthy . I mean to say that don't just drink water and then stop drinking for 4-6 hours .
more over we eat junk food at regular interval .we all do because we do not have time to cook our-self that is where we do mistake . we are getting lazy day by day which in turn reduce our body energy and raise our stress ..
we need to get rest and plenty of sleep .we do need to work out daily so as to make our muscles strong .

so please friend always keep on mind the following things ..to be healthy and safe
