Hello my steemit friends I'm @mehdikh19 and my nickname here is DOCTORSTEEMIT if you followed me you know I'm a pharmacy student ,I made some posts about the medical health and drug effect , some definition and structure.today im here again to make post about my job and make another solution which has the other effect about medical health please follow me and learn how we work in the lab to produce the essential substance for health and it makes help.

the pharmacy is most about the chemistry but if you want to be a doctor you have to learn everything about the human body. I'm going to teach something about this science. you have to attend to Dose of drug which are you going to take.

now i want to make solution for you again is the:
Solutio tricolorata FoNo VII.
(Sol. tricolor.)

materials:
I. Methylrosanilium chloratum 0.30 g
I. Aqua destillata 20.0 g
II. Acriflavinium chloratum 0.02 g
III. Viride nitens 0.20 g
IV. Glycerinum 1.00 g
V. Alcoholum dilutum 70% 1.00 g
VI. Aqua destillata ad 25.0 g

Method of preparation: Dissolve methylrosanile chloride in distilled water then II. and III. should be dissolved completely in distilled water. Add first IV. then V. to the prepared solution then supplement the preparation with VI.
Container: dark bottle
Label: For external use only. For painting.
Expiry date: 6 month
Indications: Dermatologicum. Antimycoticum. Antisepticum.
Note: Warn patient that it colours clothes.

properties of materials:
I. Methylrosanilium chloratum:
A dark green crystalline solid, forms a red solution in water. Freely soluble in water, practically insoluble in alcohol and acetone, insoluble in chloroform and ether. Organic mercury compound. Antiseptic. Organic mercury compound. Antiseptic

II. Acriflavinium chloratum:
It has the form of an orange or brown powder with a strong adhesive property. Odorless. It has a characteristic sour taste. Soluble in water, the colour of the solution is orange-red. The colour of the alcoholic solution is yellow. It is practically insoluble in fatty oils.

III. Viride nitens:
It has the form of a green powder. Soluble in water. Antiseptic agent which is effective against some Gram negative bacteria, such as Staphylococcus and other pathogens yeast such as Candida.

IV. Glycerinum:
It is a colorless, odorless, viscous liquid that is sweet-tasting and non-toxic. It can be freely diluted with water and alcohol. It is practically undiluted with ether, chloroform and with volatile oils. When glycerol is heated to 280 °C, it decomposes into acrolein.
