The most appropriate and least unpleasant way to consume it is infusions, because I have seen that recommend the leaves, fruits, flowers and seeds, but really the taste is not very pleasant, I have consumed it sometimes, and it is worth noting that I have done it through a tea, simple in an infusion of some dried leaves of the plant, I will not deny that it is very beneficial for health but I must emphasize that consumption after a certain time, can cause insomnia, many people get carried away by what they say, I consider that everything has a side effect like a tree, nature is full of harmful things.
