The first day of each Fu, is the best time of sticking, if you miss this day, beginning in any day, the effect is also good, as long as the patient can stick the corresponding Fu in the next two days, preferably 3 consecutive times, for 1 courses, and for 3 consecutive years. You’d better stick it on the first day of morning , before eleven . The Chinese medicine doctor thought most medicine can easily penetrate into the body at this time.

This year there two June in Chinese lunar year, so we need to put 4 times, respectively in July 13th, July 23rd, August 2nd, August 12th..
每一伏的第一天，是敷贴的最佳时机，若错过了这天，头伏内无论哪天贴，效果也都可以，患者只要在接下来的二伏、三伏对应的日子贴敷就行。每10天贴1次，最好是连续贴3次，为1个疗程，并且连续贴3年。三伏贴一般在头伏、二伏、三伏的第一天上午11时以前贴完药饼。上午11点到下午1点是午时，中医认为此时人的穴位、毛孔充分张开，若刚贴完药饼，药力最容易渗透到体内。
今年中伏有两个，因此需要贴4次，分别是7月13日、7月23日、8月2日、8月12日。
