Pijat Mata
Mulailah dengan menggosokkan kedua telapak tangan untuk membuat rasa hangat. Selanjutnya bentuk tangan seperti cup lalu tempatkan pada mata yang tertutup dan tekan secara perlahan. Biarkan mata terasa hangat dan rileks selama beberapa menit.

Biasakan untuk sering-sering mengedipkan mata saat didepan komputer, agar mata tidak kering dan tetap sehat.

Luangkan waktu untuk menggerakkan bola mata ke kiri dan kanan. Caranya, tutup mata dan gerakkan mata ke kiri dan ke kanan secara memutar. Hal ini membantu mengurangi ketegangan pada otot mata.

Alihkan pandangan objek setiap 15 menit sekali. Misalnya kamu sudah menatap objek dilayar komputer selama 15 menit, lalu alihkan pandangan objeknya ke pemandangan sekitar selain layar komputer.
