Today many people try to be healthy. If one wants to stay healthy there is a list of things he/she should do. One of these things is changing of poor food habits.

Food can be healthy and tasty at the same time. We should think what, how much and how we eat. Healthy food is not only steamed broccoli and chicken breast. If we use our imagination, healthy food may be tasty.
This is an example of tasty, healthy and quick recipe for breakfast.
Cherry Smoothie with Banana and Chia Seeds
Please note that this recipe is for people with NO food allergy. If you have food allergy, contact your physician.
- plain organic whole milk yogurt with low fat content WITHOUT added sugars - 150-200 ml (or almond milk without sugar)
- cherry or some other berries - 100 g
- banana - 1 piece
- organic unsweetened coconut flakes - 1 teaspoonful
- chia seeds - 1 teaspoonful
- a touch of ground walnuts
Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix thoroughly. Enjoy! :)
