Dainty cook is a patisserie experimentalist who makes exquisitely crafted specialities.
The triumphs and joys of patisserie are largely in the ability to delight with aesthetics, attention to detail and elegant packaging. It is the edible equivalent of art for art’s sake, and no surprise then that of Dainty Cook who has such a forte for perfecting this art.
I had the pleasure of purchasing her very impromptu dessert which was a limited collection for Mother’s Day, I’m not sure whether it’s a dessert which is still ongoing, best to get in touch with her and ask but I kid you not, it was PEARfect!

I’d highly recommend you to check out her Instagram page as it demystifies some truly amazing iconic desserts. I will definitely be ordering many more desserts from her as her patisserie covers a lot of delicacies you could ever dream of.
The concept of fusion in food can be magical – especially in Dainty Cook’s case when cuisines and cultures collide, combining flavours, ingredients and methods from around the world to create new classics, the best of which she has refined.
