Lasagna trough the years

in #food5 years ago
  • For the last couple of years, each time that i created one of my amazing lasagna’s at home, i made a picture of the result.

  • And as you can see, some looked better then others, but i can assure you, they all tasted quite nice.

  • I always start with minced meat, vegetables, a basic tomato sauce with pepper, garlic and a little sugar. I also cook a white béchamel sauce, furthermore i add cheeses, and sometimes i add extra ham, bacon, tomato’s, mushrooms, pepperoni, or a combination of those. Just work with whatever you got laying around and never forget the add herbs and oregano And if you like it spicy, add some sambal, or cut red peppers with the minced meat for an extra kick

  • Once you have your sauce tasty and ready, build the lasagna in layers. Use one of the mid layers for ham with bechamelsaus and mushrooms and build further. Top of with a tick layer of cheese, a mixture of mozzarella, and old Dutch Gouda cheese works quite nice

  • I’m sure i might have forgot to take a couple of pictures, but still it is a whole lot of lasagna
