Today I went to the gym for a back workout. I really like to train my back. the way how it burns and especially when you start to see results.
today I started with pull downs..
it is a wonderful exercise, I start with light weights to warm up. then I build it up.
pull downs : 4 x 8 - 10 reps
After the pull downs I started with a close grip lat pulldown. a wonderful exercise but make sure that you always have a hollow back during the exercise.
clos griplat pulldown: 4 x 8 - 10 reps
I continued my training with lat pulldowns (front) 4 x 8-10 reps
lat pulldowns (back) 4 x 8-10 reps
arm pulley lat pulldown 4 x 8 - 10 reps
And I finished the training with pull ups... Till I almost collapse :)
