Hi Steemians,

As many of you are aware I have been on the Vegan Challenge for some time

Today I'd like to share some of my delicious meals from my previous days.

Easy breakfast :) Pumpkin flaxseed cereal with almond milk.

As you can see vegan diet is not bad at all. Loved all the great meals I had. What do you think of my meals ? :D

Everything looks so appetizing! Your presentation is wonderful!I think I m with you I would like the Bean enchiladas oh and the sweet potatoes chips.
I'm not sure about the chopstick never really used them but the veggie noodles and spring rolls would be a delight also.Dam I like it all !Lol.
