Bro when you are upvoting please don't consume 100%! 20%-25% is a fair value and consume 100% on your post!

I literally go into shock in cold water, I've tried so many times man haha.
The key is to control the breath and take deep breaths. It helps blood flow and increase energy. Now when I get in I don't even hyperventilate anymore. I haven't done that in months since taking them.

I tried with a cold shower. I noticed some small progress. I can handle more time. I still need to practice more to get even more cold shower and to last longer.
The biggest tip I can give is to breathe very deeply. This will help boost your energy and help you focus. Keep practicing and see how you feel as you stay in the water longer.
