Minced Pork Rice is an iconic Taiwanese comfort food: Marinated minced pork boiled in soy sauce and flavored with shallot on top of freshly cooked rice. Pork has to be marbled pork belly, and after it is boiled the pork is still tender and juicy.
说起台湾美食不得不提两个神奇的地方，一个是wretch.cc，后来是pixnet.net，简直是我在国外那会物资匮乏的时期的笑料来源（早期还有很多台湾综艺，后来停播的停播没落的没落，恰逢内地综艺赶上了引进模式或者暗戳戳抄袭模式崛起以后，台湾艺人们也翻越海峡让我看内地综艺也有一种穿越的错觉）。pixnet上面有的博主说话实在太好笑了，经常让我产生一种虽然我们使用同一种文字但为什么人家的表达方式就那么自然风趣的疑问。我也是在台湾博主们的介绍下，台湾综艺的普及下知道卤肉饭这个台湾人民的经典美食的，类似国内比较常见的盖浇饭，一碗热腾腾的米饭浇上肉汁丰富的五花肉丁，当然是一口气直接吃完啦。
