RE: CATS in RVA (Richmond, VA)

Your picture of the tuxedo mix reminds me of a somewhat feral tomcat in my old neighborhood. He was friendly with a few residents on our block. My wasband and I called him El Negro and put out treats for him. We were pretty sure he was fathering a dynasty in our neighborhood.

Sort:

That's nice you fed him, I'm sure he liked them. They seem to love water as well, there isn't too many water sources for them.

There was an interesting water source. Across the lot next to my house was a one story warehouse with flat roof. A bunch of weed trees came up along side.

The roof almost always had standing water. It was like a bath house for all the birds.

And the cats could get up there via trees.

It was fun place to watch from our upstairs window.
