The first week of our active work is over, and in general I am more or less satisfied with its results. We managed to increase our productivity, and I really hope that next week we will be able to do even more, and then my anxiety will become even lower, and that will be great, because for now I am still too nervous.
Next week we will add working on the text of my novel to our daily schedule, and even if for now it is half an hour a day, that will already be very, very good. Ideally, I want it to be two hours a day, that is what we should eventually strive for. But we will start small.
Today I have an appointment with the doctor so that I can get further treatment for my knee, but last night there was an air raid alarm all night, and it is still going on, so it is not clear whether I will get to the doctor or not. I really hope that I will get to the doctor, but I may not. In any case, we need to go shopping, so even if we don't get there, it's no big deal, but I'd still like to get there so that I don't have to go alone later.
In the evening, I planned to cook something to eat and then read a book to gain strength before next week. On the weekends, as before, we still rest, I have long since realized that without rest, everything falls apart very quickly, so in any case, I try not to burden myself with the weekends.
Therefore, today and tomorrow we will spend in a relaxed mode, and from Monday we will again begin to try to strengthen our schedule.
