Back to my schedule

in #blogyesterday

Hi, guys!

Today is the last day I can rest before school starts and I plan to devote it to organizing my schedule and planning my future life. I have one more book left that I want to finish in September, but it is very short and there will definitely be no problems with that, and in the evening I want to go to the store with my boyfriend and buy groceries so that I can start cooking my own food again, instead of ordering everything in delivery, because it is time to return to healthy eating again, and not constantly eat unhealthy food from McDonald's.

I am sure that I will be able to do everything in the best possible way. I am very well-disposed, I have a schedule that I can follow, and that is great. Now I do not plan to cram everything that is possible and what is not into it at once, but I plan to add points to it gradually, so that the load increases gradually, so that my brain does not get scared and does not refuse to do anything at all.

Now I understand how important it is for me to constantly keep my finger on the pulse of my chronic illness and take it into account at all levels of planning. Unfortunately, I have a chronic illness and I will have to take it into account, it will not go away, no matter how much I would like it to.

Now I plan to treat myself carefully and constantly ask myself if I can add another activity to my schedule, or if it is superfluous and I will strain myself too much and then will not be able to do anything at all.

Have a great day everyone!
