This game is more fun than a barrel of monkeys!
So easy, a chimp could do it.
It just might make you into a banana-holic.
It's really a very a-peeling game, and the time is ripe for it.
That's enough monkeying around for today. You're driving me bananas!
Aarrrgh! Enough already!
Alright. How about if we tell you about this cool game we found while on vacation in Portland, Maine...
Yes, bananas go on vacation
... at a little independent toy store on Exchange Street called Treehouse Toys. Cool name, we thought. It's so much fun to roll through the door of an old-timey toy-and-game store, where unique treasures can be found. And that's where we found our new favorite game:
BANANAGRAMS
It's somewhat similar to Scrabble, where the players make words out of tiles with letters on them. There are several ways to play Bananagrams, and with no game board, there's some flexibility to make up your own games. There's even a way to build words collaboratively, everyone working together. That's our favorite type of game, where it's non-competitive and fun for all.
The Banana Collective splurged the extra 4 bucks and got the deluxe edition that comes with "wild tiles" that have pictures of monkeys on them, which can be used as any letter of the alphabet. Mainly, we just thought the monkey tiles were cute.
One rule we've come up with is that, at the end of every game,
we always finish off with these words:
If you get one of these games, we think you'll have a bunch of fun!

At first I was extremely excited about your post, I thought it was going to be a contest, to spend time with Gramnana. I love her stories and would have loved to spend time listening to her tales.
As I read the post my excitement diminished slight (this was because of my initial expectation), However, as usual the Banana Collective did not leave me disappointed. I am off to order a Bananagrams game.

hahaha, an understandable expectation, @emergehealthier. Gramnana would have been a good candidate to write about the Bananagrams game, but she was off playing banabingo with her friends.
Just popping in to say hello, emergehealthier Dearie.
Scrabble is one of my favourite games, so I am sure I will love Bananagrams. Oh, yes! The monkey tiles are really cute. Where can I buy the special edition?
Bananagrams is really a fun word game, and is less structured than Scrabble, which is why a fun-loving bunch like us prefers it.
You might want to look at the company's website
and contact them to see which stores near you carry their games. https://www.bananagrams.com/
They have a Big Letter edition, and a Preschool edition too!
