Drawing Children Realistic Portraits By EdgarsArt

Drawing children has been something that in my artistic carrier i have done many many times. Actually my second portrait ever was a small baby! It was years ago but i still can remember it. I did a black and white portrait with some color in it too. The eyes i colored blue with color pencils. Actually it was half a decade ago now.
Just today when i finally finished that tiger drawing which took me such a long time and today i finally met with the woman who requested it to give her the finished piece finally. After that i had a little thought about what i have done so far. Some filosofical things came into my mind as i was driving home. She of course said how impressed she was with the works she saw,and how they made her to make a decision to make a commission. It is the first real artwork that she requested so far in her life. And she can not imagine how i can do it,and her friends are amazed too of what i am doing. If course as always these words made me extremely shy and i just did not know what to say! It happens every time. Still after all those years and compliments.
She also said that she might commisdion a children portrait too in the near future which for me is no problem since i really enjoy drawing children,and the shading is so smooth and with new brushes it is so easy and enjoyable process.
