In the organisation we need recognition and give rewards to the employee
Recognition is form of employee motivation in which the organisation publicly acknowledge the positive contribution an individual or team has to the success of the organisation
Through this delivered using verbal and written phase and may include symbolic items such as certificates and plaques
Some employee need recognition and some employee need the award
And the REWARD is something that we tached or tangible like theater tickets ,dinner for two and cash award
So here rise the question
Which employee need recognition and who need the reward..??
