Both pumpkin and spinach deliver a lot of good vitamins and minerals which are essential to have a strong immune system! Furthermore, it’s locally produced and therefore good for the CO2 footprint.🌏 How to make it: Simply slice the pumpkin and put it in the oven with a little bit of olive oil. Than take a pot and fill it with 2 cm of water. than steam the spinach till it’s fallen down, not till it’s dead😅 Use all the herbs you live to pimp it! peace✌️
