今天上线在三楼协助，班中303房间的一位男客人由于饮酒较多，把套卫洗手台上吐了很多呕吐物，这时房间里另一位男士说：“不好意思，兄弟我这朋友今天心情不好喝的多了把你们房间弄脏了，帮忙收拾一下。”正好我和孙豪兄弟就在，我赶忙说：“没事哥，马上处理。”说着我和孙豪就去中转站拿刮刀和灰斗去处理，我正准备让孙豪拿一杯温开水和纸送过去，他也马上说到了这一点便对他竖起了大拇指。是的，我们的服务意识就是应该考虑到客人现在需要什么，而我们能为他们做些什么，这才是服务的根本，很多时候可能客人还没有开口我们就已经安排到了，这样的服务质量能没有回头客吗？！Q
本季度的公司内刊从封面上来看就非常“接地气”，金黄色的外表，内容也是相当丰富！有蹦K讲堂的专题法律讲座；有扶贫帮困走进乡村；但是里边上榜的文章看完更让我觉得蹦K的家人不管是平时日常工作积极状态还是工作中的优秀感动服务案例都很值得我学习，荣幸的是我们店也有几位家人也上刊了，其中还有我的一篇，也是我第一次上刊心情很是喜悦；看了家人们的文章后收获满满，我们的团队还是一如既往的优秀！
本月的大扫除定在了今天，人员也比较齐震哥先给大家说明本次2楼3楼处理所有房间衣柜下边卫生，这个隔期就必须清理，特别是3楼衣柜下边的卫生；5楼处理公共区域走廊的所有地脚线卫生；根据现有的人员和部门搭配分为了3个小组，工具和方法也给大家说明了，说干就干在挪衣柜前边有男孩专门小心挪开，后边有专门扫地，拖地，最后还有专门复位的，流程步骤很清晰。5楼大家氛围了几个区域工具都有一起做地脚线卫生，最后一连接正好全部处理完成。方法很重要，好的方法可以快速高效的处理完毕而且省时省力！
