今天在开班前会的时候我们决定玩一个最近抖音比较火的游戏也很适合我们这样活力四射，朝气蓬勃的团队正好也能烘托氛围，游戏叫做“不倒森林”，找来7根大拇指粗，高1.5米左右的棍子，围成一个直径2米的圆；根据人数分为3组每人一根只能用一只手用手掌按着然后顺时针走一步去接前边一位的棍子，不倒就可以一直进行，最后取次数最高的一小组进行水果奖励！第一轮大家都是尝试着来，原本商量好的口号，节奏一个不注意就失败告终，看起来很简单的互动游戏，但是操作起来还真不太容易，第二轮开始前大家总结了一些经验和方法，大多小组都比上一轮成绩理想也渐渐的找到方法。就像我们工作生活一样，一些看似简单的问题我们可能会“眼高手低”但是多总结找方法“处处留心皆学问”，就能快速掌握方法，从而“得心应手”！b
前几天影哥出去学习考察回来给我们分享了，他这次出去的感受，说到问好意识，他说去了好几家店他们的问好意识都很强，这个作为服务行业来说也就是“基础”，所以班前会的时候给大家也分享过，不光是设备，环境，这些“硬件问题”，我们的服务质量也是相当重要的，如果客人来消费，车场没有人管理，可能停车就会横七竖八堵到某些车辆；到一楼选择消费方式没人介绍只有酒水套餐立牌，这样就让客人没有自我判断，几个人应该选什么房间多少酒水，非常模糊消费过程等等，大家听完之后也很认同，所以从基本问好做起，让客人对我们有“好感”这样以后的一系列事情就更好解决了。
