本月的晚班聚餐又是大家一起开心度过，由于现在天气比较冷在选择用餐地点的时候震哥不但考虑大家对外边天气的影响又想氛围欢快，最后争取大部分家人的意见选择了用餐地点。这次有几位家人是刚加入我们的团队，所以在分桌的时候就安排新老搭配，这样不会让新家人觉得单调枯燥，而且让他们也能适应聚餐的“节奏”慢慢的新家人对各部门熟悉也进行了酒“文化”的传递就像和和美美的大家庭！D
本月初由于天气突然降温使很多店里的家人都出现了感冒咳嗽，天气冷猛地一下很多人都不太适应；晚上正常在一楼值班当时前台也算比较忙我便协助充值和查卡工作，这时突然一抬头看到一位男士和两位女士进入大厅其中男士一只手举着输水瓶另一只手扎着针是正在输液，没有追上电梯询问客人客人已经到3楼了，这时我想这样多难受房间也没有能挂的地方，又仔细想想我们有衣架，对就用这个于是我帮从步梯上楼，询问外场兄弟得知是313房间的刚开始往3楼B区方向走就看到孙豪拿着一个衣架出现在我的视线，我问他是给输液的客人那的吗？他说是的然后就敲门进入，看到客人满怀欣喜的说：‘我刚才看来看去没地方挂，手都举酸了。’也是孙豪帮客人把瓶子挂好调试好衣架的位置后准备离开，房间里其他客人也连忙表示感谢，可以看出之一举动已经超出他们的想象，我们能这么及时的帮助客人，为客人着想并快速的帮客人解决了问题，自然就会得到客人的满意！
