经过一晚的忙碌晚班家人凌晨4点30分下线还有一二十间夜猫。但是听到数据后大家都很开心，在班前会上也给白班家人分享了喜悦，掌声瞬间响了起来，“趁热打铁”，今天周六也一个“丰收的季节”，我相信通过大家一起努力，我们的目标很快就能达到，达到目的不是最终目的，而是超越！N
今天晚上在2楼站位的时候，这时候对讲机里说288房间待客，就马上再次查看房间后在一号位等待客人到来，这时看到客人拿了一个生日蛋糕就询问客人是否需要协助拿蛋糕，经客人同意后小心接过蛋糕，然后客人说道：“刚才进门的时候才发现我拿的蛋糕没有碟子，叉子，切蛋糕的刀，你们能不能帮我把蛋糕切开不然这只能放那看了！”于是我让客人稍等马上到水吧拿了几个金色小吃碟和果签和水果刀，来到客人房间帮助客人把蛋糕切好，然后客人很高兴，算是“奖励”我一块不好推辞就接受了并祝福了客人。通过客人的言语表情可以看出她很满意很开心。往往我们对客人多一点点的关注帮助就会很感动客人，所以多做一点点，认可满意多一点。
