今天310房间客人下午档过来的是过生日，客人正常预买到19点，最后房间剩余2位客人一位男士和一位女士，18点50分点的时候楼层兄弟提醒过客人时间时间快到了询问是否续唱，客人说说两句话就走，于是楼层兄弟就去处理其他房间卫生了，其他卫生基本都处理完毕了310的客人还是没有离场，已经8点了，楼层兄弟已经提醒3次了，客人说最多8点20走，但是8点50分客人还是没离场也不续时间，眼看白班21点快下班了，也不能留给晚班，于是楼层通知我说客人没走，到房间给客人简单沟通后客人离场，但是房间卫生还没处理，而且也比较脏的，于是通知所有白班外场兄弟到310集合处理卫生，我来清包并安排了其他4位兄弟的工作，大家都很卖力，没有人抱怨说我们已经下班了，我们要“善始善终”，我们班次的卫生绝对不能给下个班次添麻烦。最后我们用了20分钟高标准的完成；21点25分我们集合下线了，但是看到大家脸上挂着笑容没有抱怨的语气，同时也给其他部门说明了原因，大家在掌声中圆满结束今天的班后会！g
今天维尚店“正能量”小组第三次会议，在店里开展，大家各自分享了自己的一篇文章，完毕后一起分享了很多围绕自己题目有召开一些分享，伟哥也给大家科普了一道东北特色菜“杀猪菜”，从材料的准备，各色配菜等等听起来很有感觉，而且影哥还自己尝试着做过，虽然步骤让我听起来比较多，但是美味佳肴都是经过多种步骤，才显得格外出色！我也是喜欢研究一些菜谱，所以听的比较认真，而且也打算做一顿让家人尝尝东北特色！
最近哈尔滨市松北区北龙温泉酒店凌晨发生了一场大火，情景十分凄惨“消防安全重于泰山”，警钟长鸣！发生火灾是不可避免的，但是对于消防隐患我们是可以提前排查的，所以防消结合，做好检查排查工作是十分重要的。明天我们很荣幸请来了专一的消防知识培训吴老师，给我们讲解消防知识与防范，遇到火灾怎么逃生以及怎么排查消除，同时也说明我们对此的重视！希望大家学习以后会注意和改正一些“不良习惯”加强观念！
