First workout after a long long time, lost track now slowly coming back. Not gonna lie to anyone that I will start of big or beast mode or anything like that, I woke up skipped the running because it was raining and went directly to work where it was hectic and the only thing I wanted to do was to get home. Got home started feeling guilty I hadn't workout or run in a long time and bam wrote a little workout and reminded myself that just by starting I was already taking a huge step.
