I saw another video of the same incident, showing the little seal playing with a piece of bamboo, much like a puppy would do!!

The little boy I felt sorry for, he was in the wrong place at the wrong time. An actress who claims to have filmed with wildlife deserved the bites, most probably trying to get selfy pics in the sea with the pup!
