Ingredients:
For Pistachio Cream:
150g Pistachios (Pista), roughly chopped
Water (for boiling the pistachios)
1/3 Cup Water (for blending)
60g White chocolate (melted)
1 & ½ tablespoons Butter (melted)
1 & ½ tablespoons Powdered sugar (or to taste)
2 drops Pistachio essence (or as required)
For Coffee:
1/3 Cup Hot water
2 teaspoons Instant coffee
For Assembling:
¼ Cup Prepared pistachio cream
Ice cubes
½ Cup Sweetened full cream milk (or milk of choice)
2-3 tablespoons Prepared coffee

Instructions:
Prepare the Pistachio Cream:
Boil the pistachios: In a saucepan, add water and bring it to a boil. Add the pistachios and simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes to soften them.
Peel the pistachios: Strain the boiled pistachios and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Remove the skins by gently rubbing the pistachios.
Blend the pistachios: In a blender, add the skinned pistachios and 1/3 cup of water. Blend gradually to make a thick pistachio paste.
Add other ingredients: To the blender, add melted white chocolate, butter, and powdered sugar. Blend again until smooth.
Finish with pistachio essence: Add 2 drops of pistachio essence and mix thoroughly. Your pistachio cream is now ready.
Prepare the Coffee:
- In a small jug, mix 1/3 cup of hot water with 2 teaspoons of instant coffee. Stir until dissolved and set aside.

In a serving glass, add ¼ cup of the prepared pistachio cream.
