Interesting points from both of you. I’m also hearing that consistency matters more than just inviting a big batch of people at once. Some folks say they get better results by checking in with their referrals, making sure they understand how the system works, and then it sort of grows on its own. Sounds like treating it casually but attentively might be the best balance.
