Mushrooms are a very filling and nourishing food; I'm lucky to love their flavor and texture, even when raw. Unfortunately, here you can hardly find a variety of mushrooms and when you do, they're usually expensive. Luckily, white buttons are easy to find almost all year round and at a good price.
