I was always interested in the question: people who aggressively preach raw food and full vegan ideologically as most correct human nutrition, this people did not think about the fact that mankind has already eats meat of 20 thousand years and managed to adapt to it? I can even say that mankind evolved on meat food. And how, then, are all the peoples of the extreme north? In their tundra and glaciers you can find a stunted yagel only. But even if they ate this yagel, he would not give them enough proteins, fats and carbohydrates to keep warm and maintain normal metabolism in conditions of constant cold. That is, the most logical and correct will be to kill a deer, seal, bird, fish and eat them.
But it's not that, I noticed the fact that all the convinced vegans that I know have bad skin, bad teeth and hair, and in general a very painful and unhealthy look. The only exception is one person from my environment and he is a vegetarian because of a sick stomach and not for convictions.
You can not preach such ideas to the general public, because for someone a similar way of life can be very harmful, and most people in our modern community prefer to believe in "beliefs," not their brains and the body as a whole. Personally, I do not care about all the "beliefs", I'll eat whatever I want, especially since after 2-3 days on a diet without meat I begin to feel sick and broken. Although I also do not eat all the meat because of the natural disgust - I somehow realized that the cow, pig, chicken, fish are meant for me personally, and I will not eat anything else under normal conditions.
At a time when my dad was still alive, he often went hunting and sometimes brought rabbit from the hunt, but I did not eat it. Not because I was sorry for the unhappy rabbit, but because the rabbit is not food for me. Not to mention all sorts of exotic dishes (like fried cockroaches, grasshoppers or spiders, such food eaten in southeast Asia).
Of course, I meant ideological veganism, not mood, when you just want a summer salad from vegetables, and you do not want meat.
