I have encountered a bug and that is the way to reproduce it:
Bug description:
If you click replies and then click the header of the comment you will be redirected to comment section in your post page. Page behaves oddly when you click middle mouse button and want to scroll up.
I'm using Chrome 62.0.3202.94 on Windows 10.
