is not a regular cookie, this is a salted egg yolk cake, how good! When I found this recipe, I immediately wanted to know about it and I made it and it turned out pretty good!

The egg yolks and butter in this cake made it feel so ena, Texture wise, I was not happy enough with the fragile texture, it was too fragile to my liking, so I tinkered with the recipe to make it great and I am now happy with this cake , it tastes crunchy and a little crunchy and not too fragile, I use high gluten and medium gluten flour in proportion 50/50 and I am now a happy bread maker.
