Ulog #2. My niece triumphing as a cheerleader.

Nothing more beautiful than watching our children grow. My daughter is only two months old; but before being a mother, I have been aunt and it is as beautiful as motherhood. My niece has been since I saw her, the being who filled my days with crazy smiles with every joke, with every damaged makeup. There is no doubt that our children are the best that God gives us to bless us.

My beautiful niece is Gabriela and as she grows up, there are more activities in which she gets involved and that make me feel very proud of her. It surprises me every time we see each other and shows me one of their learnings of the day.

Seeing her so happy and full of energy is comforting to me; I know that her mother is giving her the best to make her one of those people that our country so badly needs, of good and who helps their fellow men. We celebrate each achievement with pride, because the passion she feels for this sport makes her worthy of all success.

When I look at these pictures, I wonder: what have we done to receive this enormous blessing? And finally I understand that God is so great that he gives us these little angels to fill us with joy and happiness.

I am grateful to have my niece, and to have learned with her a little of what it means to be a mother. I can say from the heart, that our children are the most beautiful thing we have and that their education depends on us, so that they learn to be the best beings that this world can have.
