I know I could not do markets, for exactly the reasons you stated. I think doing bees could be rewarding, if you can keep them healthy. That seems to be the challenge....
It sounds like you've picked a better way of being productive, one that might suit you better. :))
I'm so glad you know what I mean lol. Yes, healthy bees. I figure with all this weather unpredictably and the struggles farming too, it's all a crap shoot and the bees are far more soothing :)
