TAKE CARE OF THE FOOD YOU SAVE IN YOUR SON'S LUNCH
Our daily life and busy, we do not take the time to devote ourselves to important details in family life, and one of the most worrying issues is the health with respect to food, that our children should consume in school, in working life , who wants to do things more easily. Without taking precautions about the damage we cause, knowing that these children who are just beginning their student stage, should be fed with very good calories, since that depends on their physical and cerebral functioning.
Food is an important part of the growth of children who are just beginning to take their first steps in school, and it is our obligation, as parents, to put things that are nutritionally balanced for them. I want to give you a list of the foods that we can store for them and that in a fun way they want to consume without presenting any type of complaint.
We know and understand that not all children love vegetables, legumes, or any type of protein, but there are many creative ways to present the contents of lunch boxes to our children so that when they just open it, they are happy to want to ingest all those foods.
Observe these forms:
When your children open and see these fun but healthy foods, they will not see the degree of proteins or energizers that they have, but they will observe the different way of eating them, for them it will be a game to eat these food faces.
This alone in you, make them eat with joy, all kinds of food, without any kind of malpractice or reproach because they do not want to ingest, there are so many fun ideas, that you can create yourself so they do not reject it.
What we should not put in a lunchbox of a child:
These are foods that do not favor the good nutrition of a child, with this we do not mean that once more than another we can go out with them for a walk and buy the healthiest hamburger that is achieved, but junk food does not help the growth of a child, rather it fills them with fats that are not good for their organism, like consuming soft drinks, full of sweeteners that damage the organism of any human being, be it small or large.
Children need our full attention, we can not leave them or neglect their daily food, they should have a balanced daily diet, and should start with what you can put in your lunch box, since breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day and this must be very well prepared, with all the nutrients they need.
Even if the child asks you and begs you to give them everything they like but that is not healthy, you should not give them, you should not access their requests, you should talk to them and tell them the pros and cons of giving them inappropriate.
It is important that you know a nutritional table that should be ingested to a baby, or a child of a certain age, who is in full growth, and attends his first steps to school.
I hope that after this little study of what you should place in your child's lunch box, I will help you to reflect and know that if you were doing something wrong, you should change your behavior and help your baby to give him a good diet, for his healthy growth
