I personally don't use Twitter that much, but I recently started getting very active in the FB groups dedicated to Steemians in Davao City, Philippines.
I feel like I am "community buiding" a little bit over here, and it's a great feeling 😊
oh no doubt. i hope to do much more steem promo in my local community when it warms up lol right now we are in the middle of winter.
