Nowadays, Pakistan is using Mujahideen to target India and killing innocents. There's always something going on at their border. If WW III breaks out, these two countries won't stay silent either. What's worse, is both of them are nuclear armed. And it's the same story, but different countries. Be it Saudi Arabia, Iran, Syria, Libya, Iraq, etc. Countries like US and Russia train militant groups to support their agendas, then these groups go haywire and become extreme. And then they 'try' to stop them. Prevention is better than cure. They need to stop arming these groups. It's only the innocent people who suffer because of all these corrupt and power-monger "leaders".
